Incorrect codes, missing keys, lockbox issues, utility shut-offs, or inability to access the property may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or applicable service fees in accordance with company policy.

Payment Terms & Net 30

Payment terms, including Net 30 billing, are offered at the sole discretion of the applicable APR Cleaning Service business entity serving the customer's service area.

Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in late fees, suspension of services, revocation of Net 30 privileges, and potential collection or legal action.

Limitation of Liability

APR Cleaning Service and the applicable business entity serving the customer's service area shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
