Service Scope Disclaimer
Services are performed according to the agreed-upon and approved scope of work confirmed before service begins.
APR Cleaning Service provides vacant property cleaning, property turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, trash-outs, commercial janitorial cleaning, and approved minor maintenance services.
Additional services, upgrades, or conditions not included in the original scope may require additional pricing and client approval.
No additional work will be performed outside the approved scope without client authorization.
Recurring commercial janitorial services are performed according to the approved service agreement, cleaning schedule, and scope of work.
Services will only be performed when they fall within APR Cleaning Service’s current insurance coverage, service capabilities, and approved scope.
Property Conditions
APR Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural defects, utility failures, hidden conditions, normal wear and tear, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified through ordinary visual inspection.
Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing known property conditions, hazards, damage, access issues, or other circumstances that could affect the service.
Undisclosed or unexpected conditions may result in adjusted pricing, delayed service, additional requirements, or refusal or suspension of service.
Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe, legal, and functional access to the property at the confirmed service start time.
Incorrect access codes, missing keys, lockbox problems, utility shut-offs, client delays, unsafe conditions, or inability to access the property may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or applicable service or access fees.
For recurring commercial janitorial accounts, access arrangements will be established before service begins and may be included in the signed service agreement.
Commercial Janitorial Services
Commercial janitorial cleaning requires an on-site walkthrough before final pricing is provided.
Service frequency, cleaning areas, scheduling, access procedures, payment terms, and the approved scope of work may be documented in a separate commercial service agreement.
If a signed service agreement contains terms that differ from this general Disclaimer, the signed service agreement will control for that specific account or service.
Payment Terms & Net 30
Payment terms, including Net 30 billing, are offered at the sole discretion of APR Cleaning Service.
Failure to pay invoices by the applicable due date may result in late fees, suspension of services, revocation of Net 30 privileges, collection activity, or legal action where permitted by law.
Specific payment obligations are governed by APR Cleaning Service’s Terms & Conditions, approved quote, invoice, or signed service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APR Cleaning Service and the applicable business entity serving the customer’s service area will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
APR Cleaning Service is not responsible for damages or losses caused by undisclosed property conditions, pre-existing damage, unsafe conditions, structural defects, utility problems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability relating to a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
