Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and functional access to the property at the confirmed service start time.

Incorrect codes, missing keys, lockbox issues, utility shut-offs, or inability to access the property may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or applicable service fees in accordance with company policy.

Payment Terms & Net 30

Payment terms, including Net 30 billing, are offered at the sole discretion of A Promise of Restoration Cleaning Service LLC (DBA APR Cleaning Service).

Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in late fees, suspension of services, revocation of Net 30 privileges, and potential collection or legal action.

Limitation of Liability
