APR Cleaning Service

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Services are considered scheduled only after written confirmation from APR Cleaning Service.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
24-Hour Notice Requirement
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the confirmed service start time will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed service start time will result in a 15% cancellation fee based on the total approved service amount.
If payment was made in advance, 15% will be retained and the remaining 85% will be refunded.
No-Show & Access Policy
Failure to provide confirmed and functional access at the scheduled start time — including incorrect codes, missing keys, lockbox issues, or delays exceeding 30 minutes — will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will result in a 15% cancellation fee. If payment was made in advance, 15% will be retained and 85% refunded.
Emergency Situations
Emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of APR Cleaning Service.
By submitting a service request and confirming an approved appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This policy is enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation, except where otherwise approved in writing by APR Cleaning Service.
